Shop Policies

We offer exchanges or in store credit only for our regular priced merchandise at our discretion only when items are in new condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with original tags attached, in original packaging,  and within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Exchanges can be made for items that we currently have in stock. No returns/exchanges on sale items, or on custom orders. Please choose your sizes and designs carefully.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return any items to our studio in Sooke, BC. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

We do not accept responsibility for any damages done through laundering, wear and tear, or shipment.  If you believe that you have received a product that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receiving your product, and send a  photo of your unwashed, unused item along with your comment to describe the area of concern. If there is a problem with your order, we will work with you to find a solution.
