We offer exchanges or in-store credit for our regular priced merchandise at our discretion only when items are in new condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with original tags attached, in original packaging,  and within 10 days of receipt of purchase.

Upon receipt of your return, we will notify you that we have received your item. We will inspect the item and then notify you on the status of your refund.

If approved, you will receive a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least 3 business days, or longer depending on your card issuer's policies, for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If not approved, you will receive notification to explain how or why your request for refund is outside the terms of our refund policy as stated above.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return any items to our studio in Sooke, BC. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
